The voters included officers and soldiers from the DK1 offshore platform of Naval Region 2, staff at Ba Ke Lighthouse, staff at the Hydrometeorological Station, officers and soldiers on duty ships, and fishermen on fishing vessels.

Voters on duty ships and fishermen’s vessels cast their ballots at polling stations set up on ships TS-04 and TS-21. At the outpost platforms, the election team carried ballot boxes and voter papers directly to the sites, ensuring those stationed offshore could exercise their democratic rights.

Colonel Le Hong Quang, Deputy Head of the Political Department of Naval Region 2 and Head of the Election Team, provided detailed instructions on election procedures and regulations.

Voters were briefed on the candidates for National Assembly deputies for the 16th term and Ho Chi Minh City People’s Council deputies for the 2026–2031 term, before casting their votes in accordance with proper order and regulations.
