In Phuoc Thang Ward, voters from Naval Brigades 128 and 129 will cast ballots at the onshore headquarters of Brigade 129, with 214 personnel participating.
Approximately 237 sailors unable to vote on land due to operational duties at sea will exercise their vote in the maritime area under Naval Region 2’s jurisdiction.
A second polling area in the ward, covering the Coast Guard Region 3, Fisheries Inspection Team 2, and local militia units, will allow 85 onshore voters at the Inspection Team 2 office, while 309 sailors will vote at sea across the Viet Nam–Indonesia, Viet Nam–Malaysia, Viet Nam–Thailand, and Viet Nam–Cambodia maritime borders.
Long Son Ward’s polling area includes the DK1 Battalion, Brigade 125, Naval Region 2, where 120 personnel will vote onshore at the regional headquarters. At sea, 330 personnel cast ballots from 15 DK1 rigs, patrol vessels, and nearby fishing boats.
In Tam Thang Ward, the Vietsovpetro workforce and contractors, totalling around 2,800 voters, will vote onshore at Vung Tau Airport and at sea from offshore rigs and vessels.
The official campaigning period will run from February 14 to 25, concluding 24 hours before voting commenced.
Onshore voting will take place from 07:00 to 19:00 on February 26, with Tam Thang’s polling extended until March 14. Early maritime voting is scheduled from February 26 to March 14, ensuring all personnel can participate regardless of their location.
