The State Agency for Technology and Innovation under the Ministry of Science and Technology (MoST) and the German Agency for International Cooperation (GIZ) inked an agreement to deploy the project “Clean, Affordable, and Secure Energy for Southeast Asia implemented in Viet Nam” (CASE Viet Nam), on October 1.
