Dien Bien, Saint Petersburg seek to deepen cooperation in culture, technology
Viet Nam’s northern mountainous province of Dien Bien and Russia’s Saint Petersburg city are exploring deeper cooperation, particularly in cultural heritage preservation, environmental and information technology, and the exchange of experts and engineers.
