Ha Noi has recently issued Decision No. 2636/QD-UBND, approving a project on multi-purpose urban areas in the city aimed at developing smart urban spaces with integrated infrastructure, digital technology, services, and on-site security. The goal is to complete and put into operation 2-3 multi-purpose urban areas by 2030, with the first project already under construction in Thu Lam Commune and Dong Anh Commune.
