At its closing session on the afternoon of January 23, the 14th National Party Congress unanimously adopted its Resolution, reaffirming core assessments of the implementation of the 13th Congress Resolution, the review of key theoretical and practical issues arising from 40 years of socialist-oriented renewal in Viet Nam, and the 15-year enforcement of the Party Charter (2011–2025), as presented in documents submitted by the 13th Party Central Committee.

On January 7, 2026, on behalf of the Politburo, General Secretary To Lam signed and promulgated Politburo Resolution No. 80-NQ/TW on the development of Vietnamese culture.
