On the morning of September 18, the Hung Yen Provincial People's Committee held a dialogue session between the Provincial Chairman and the province’s youth, with the theme “Hung Yen Youth: Aspirations and Dedication – Joining Hands to Build a Prosperous and Developed Hung Yen”.

As the years of war recede, the dissemination of historical values is attracting increasing attention. Rather than experiencing history only through books or classroom lessons, many young people today are actively engaging with the past in more creative and accessible ways.
