Viet Nam’s swift deployment of an elite team, together with relief supplies and an emergency aid package to Venezuela after the devastating double earthquake, is a vivid demonstration of friendship, international responsibility and Viet Nam’s standing. This action affirms that Viet Nam stands shoulder to shoulder with Venezuela in its time of difficulty.
