Vietnamese Prime Minister Pham Minh Chinh will attend the Shanghai Cooperation Organisation (SCO) Summit 2025 in Tianjin, China, as a guest of the host country and engage in other activities from August 31 to September 1.

Vietnamese Prime Minister Pham Minh Chinh held phone talks with his Cambodian counterpart Hun Manet on August 15 afternoon, at the request of the Cambodian side.

According to the Brazilian government-run Planalto news site, during their talks on July 5 (local time), PM Chinh and President Lula da Silva celebrated the excellent status of the bilateral relations as well as the progress made since the latter’s state visit to Ha Noi last April.

PM Chinh affirmed that Viet Nam attaches importance to and wants to promote multifaceted cooperation with Peru.
