An Giang Province and Cambodia’s Kep Province signed an agreement on August 26 to cooperate in searching for, recovering and repatriating the remains of Vietnamese volunteer soldiers and experts who sacrificed their lives in Cambodia during wartime, as part of the 2026-2027 dry-season operations.
