All communes and wards in the northern port city of Hai Phong have so far successfully conducted conferences to gather voter feedback and votes of confidence at places of residence for candidates running for the 16th National Assembly and People's Councils at all levels for the 2026–2031 tenure, in line with prescribed timelines and procedures.
