At the event, delegates were informed of the key outcomes of the 14th plenum of the 13th Party Central Committee.

In his remarks, Nguyen Phi Long, Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee of the Viet Nam Fatherland Front and Central Mass Organisations, stressed that since the beginning of the 13th National Party Congress term, under the leadership of the Party, directly of the Party Central Committee, the Politburo, and the Secretariat, numerous sound and appropriate decisions have been adopted, addressing important issues in socio-economic development, national defence and security, external affairs, Party-building, and the political system.

These decisions have effectively leveraged the great national unity bloc, contributing to the fundamental fulfilment of the 13th National Party Congress Resolution with many significant, comprehensive, and breakthrough achievements, leaving notable marks across various spheres.

Particularly, Resolution No. 18 on restructuring and streamlining the organisational apparatus of the political system has created a “turning point” in the implementation of the Party’s resolutions in the new context.

Deputy Secretary Nguyen Phi Long requested that following the conference, Party committees at all levels continue to disseminate and implement the resolutions, conclusions, and action programmes within their respective agencies and units, ensuring high consensus in political awareness and action among all cadres, Party members, and the public regarding the contents adopted by the Party Central Committee; thereby fostering determination to successfully fulfil assigned tasks.
