The conference was chaired by Nguyen Long Hai, alternate member of the Party Central Committee and Standing Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee of Central Party Agencies; and Nguyen Quang Truong, Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee and Chairman of the Party Committee’s Inspection Commission.
The event was attended by representatives of the Party committees under the Party Committee of Central Party Agencies.
Presenting the draft report on inspection, supervision, and Party discipline work in 2025, Nguyen Quang Truong emphasised that, over the past period, the Party Committee, its Standing Board, and the Inspection Commission, together with Party committees and inspection commissions at all levels within the Party organisation, had swiftly stabilised their organisational apparatus and promptly issued working regulations, mandates, and organisational arrangements following restructuring.
In 2025, inspection and supervision efforts were intensified, resulting in positive changes in both awareness and practice. Party committees and inspection commissions at all levels fully carried out their duties in line with the Party Charter and the Party Central Committee’s regulations and guidance, closely linked with the realities of their agencies and units. Priority areas included monitoring the implementation of new resolutions, directives, and conclusions; the Party Central Committee’s key tasks for 2025; and the inspection of key localities, long-standing issues, complex and prolonged petitions and complaints, and Party organisations showing limitations or weaknesses. These efforts helped to ensure timely correction and rectification; strengthen Party building and rectification; prevent and combat corruption, wastefulness, and negativity; uphold discipline and order within the Party; and enhance the capacity for self-examination and self-correction among Party organisations and Party members.
The Inspection Commission of the Party Committee and the inspection commissions of subordinate Party committees effectively performed their mandated roles, proactively carrying out regular monitoring of Party organisations and Party members, and promoting digital transformation within the Party’s inspection sector. They also focused on inspections triggered by signs of violations and handled denunciations and disciplinary complaints in accordance with regulations.
In his concluding remarks, Nguyen Long Hai acknowledged the achievements recorded by Party committees and inspection commissions at all levels in 2025.
He urged them to thoroughly grasp and rigorously implement the Resolution of the 14th National Party Congress; the Resolution of the First Congress of the Party Organiasion of Central Party Agencies; and the Party Central Committee’s regulations on inspection, supervision, and Party discipline.
Party committees and inspection commissions at all levels were asked to continue improving the quality, effectiveness, and efficiency of inspection, supervision, and disciplinary work in line with the Party Charter; closely follow the Party Central Committee’s resolutions, conclusions, and regulations as the basis for assessing the implementation of tasks assigned to the Party Organisation of Central Party Agencies and its subordinate Party committees.
At the same time, they must strengthen regular monitoring, expand thematic supervision, and reinforce inspection and supervision beginning at the grassroots level.
