On April 20, National Assembly deputies discussed the 2026–2030 socio-economic development plan, aiming for double-digit growth amid global volatility.
Between 2026 and 2030, the state budget will allocate at least 2% of annual expenditure to environmental protection, while mobilising social resources, green finance and international capital to drive green transformation and climate action.
