Viet Nam is not only a popular tourist destination but is also becoming a long-term home for a growing number of foreigners, thanks to its reasonable costs, diverse landscapes, rich cuisine and friendly people.

According to Agoda, in the first half of 2026, Viet Nam remained among the top three Asian destinations with the highest rate of returning visitors. Da Nang also climbed two places to rank sixth among Asian cities with the most return visitors. Beyond attracting tourists, Viet Nam is also appealing to foreigners who come to work and settle down.
