The festival is an annual event aimed at promoting the image of Viet Nam’s land, culture, and people, as well as a diverse, rich, and attractive range of Vietnamese tourism products in RoK. It seeks to attract tourists and investment from the RoK to Viet Nam.

The festival also aims to strengthen the friendship between the peoples of the two countries, and foster the connection between the Overseas Vietnamese community in the RoK and their homeland.

The 2025 festival will include a Vietnamese culture and tourism space, a Vietnamese tourism promotion programme, a business networking banquet, and assorted arts programmes.

Specifically, the Vietnamese culture and tourism space will feature an exhibition of 30 photo panels showcasing the country’s people, culture, and tourism potential, as well as information about the National Tourism Year – Hue 2025.

Meanwhile, the tourism promotion programme is expected to welcome around 200 delegates, including leaders of RoK state agencies operating in culture, tourism, and diplomacy; Vietnamese diplomatic representatives in the RoK; tourism businesses from the two countries, and representatives of Viet Nam - RoK friendship associations.

The delegates will be updated on new, diverse, and appealing tourism products and services tailored to RoK travellers’ preferences.
