Speaking at the VFF Central Committee’s fifth session on November 7, Hoai affirmed that being elected to the post by the VFF Central Committee is both a great honour and a significant responsibility entrusted by the Party and the VFF.
Hoai emphasised that she will do her utmost, together with the Standing Board, the Presidium, and the Central Committee of the Viet Nam Fatherland Front, to foster solidarity and unity in leadership, promote the role and responsibility of the Front and mass organisations, make practical contributions to the great national unity cause, further affirm the role and position of the VFF in the new stage of the revolution, and comprehensively fulfill the assigned functions and tasks.
The new President of the VFF Central Committee called on Vietnamese people at home and abroad to continue promoting the spirit of solidarity, and actively respond to patriotic emulation movements and campaigns launched and led by the State, the VFF, and its member organisations. She also looks forward to joining hands and uniting the entire political system to firmly lead the country into a new era - the era of development, prosperity, civilisation, and happiness.
