Spokesman Nghi made the statement on July 20 while answering reporters’ questions on Vietnam ’s reaction to the terrorist attack on civilians in Bulgaria .
He said, “We would like to convey our condolences to the Israeli and Bulgarian Governments as well as families of the victims. The culprits of the aforementioned crime must be strictly punished.”
