Vietnamese flavour at International Culinary Village in France

The International Culinary Village, held from September 1 to 4 at Trocadéro Garden in the centre of Paris, France, has attracted the attention of thousands of tourists and food-culture devotees.

The international cultural event, attracting the participation of more than 50 countries, provides a good opportunity for embassies, groups and communities of countries living and working in France to promote their culture and tourism.

The Vietnam Cultural Centre in France, the Aurore Association, the Nina AFV Association, Ky Tra Cac, and Tiem Mot have brought many typical cultural products of Vietnam to the International Culinary Village. Vietnamese cuisine is known to many people around the world because of its unique features.

Traditional Vietnamese dishes bring visitors unforgettable experiences through taste, smell and sight. Within the framework of the programme, Vietnam is also very honoured to introduce international friends to the beauty of traditional culture through lyrics, music and Vovinam martial arts.

In addition to food, music and martial arts, the Vietnam pavilion also introduces tea arts, handicrafts and books to the international public.
