According to the organising committee, the campaign lasts until April 28, 2025, with a goal of attracting 200,000 people to walk or run, covering 5 million kilometers and raising 5 billion VND. It is divided into three phases.
The first phase from November 23 this year to February 2, 2025 focuses on raising 2 billion VND to support a Lunar New Year initiative, providing gifts and aid to the poor and victims of natural disasters. The next one from February 3 to March 9 aims to raise 1.5 billion VND for community healthcare activities, while the final will summarise the campaign and launch initiatives to aid nutrition for 5,000 poor and disabled children, with a target of raising 1.5 billion VND.
Participants can register via the vRace website or app, track their sports journey, and share it with the community. Individuals are encouraged to share images and thoughts about the campaign on social media with the hashtags #khatvonghoabinh, #Daithangmuaxuan1975, #Vietnamhungcuong, and #trieubuocchannhanai.
Through this campaign, the VRCS aims to spread solidarity, sharing, and compassion within the community. It has already attracted active participation from officials, members, volunteers, and youth across the country, as well as the local and international communities.
