Speaking at the workshop, Secretary of the Party Central Committee (PCC) and Head of the PCC’s Commission for Communication and Education Nguyen Trong Nghia spoke highly of the discussions at the workshop.
The topic of the discussion session is very practical and meaningful for today’s urgent issues, he said, adding that Nhan Dan (People) Newspaper and the PCC’s Commission for Communication and Education continue to spread the experiences and enthusiastic contributions of the speakers to press agencies.
He urged the press agencies to continue in building up an elite press force, review the quality of journalistic training, as well as plan the rational use and arrangement of this human resource towards modern international integration.
This is the first time that such an event has been held by Nhan Dan Newspaper, in partnership with the PCC’s Commission for Communication and Education and the Vietnamese Journalists Association.
The conference provides an opportunity for Party newspapers to discuss important matters to overcome the difficulties and challenges amid a changing media landscape.
The conference aims to affirm the role and enhance the quality of the system of Party newspapers and spread the spirit of innovation in both form and quality to make Party newspapers truly appealing to the public.
