The participating art troupes come from localities such as An Giang, Bac Giang, Ca Mau, Ho Chi Minh City, Thua Thien Hue, and the host Vinh Phuc.
They will bring to the stage a series of songs and dance praising the Party, President Ho Chi Minh as well as Vietnamese people’s patriotism revolutionary spirit during the national construction and defence.
The performances also highlight achievements the country’s development and international integration.
Within the framework of the festival, the art troupes will deliver free performances to the public in Vinh Tuong district and Phuc Yen city on April 20, and in Tam Dao town on April 21.
