Charming brocade fashion and music of the Central Highlands

A brocade fashion show combined with Central Highlands music took place, at the Central Highlands Paradise exhibition space next to Xuan Huong Lake, Da Lat City on the afternoon of September 1.
The event organised by the People’s Committee of Da Lat City and Vietnam Silk House Company Limited, aimed to celebrate the 130th anniversary of Da Lat’s formation and development (1893-2023).

The show has the participation of 40 artists, actors, and models, with more than 200 ao dai and fashion outfits of brocade fabric, woven by artisans with natural silk fibres, designed by Minh Hanh and her partners.

At the show, people and tourists can immerse themselves in the exhibition space of Central Highlands Paradise, with traditional houses of ethnic minorities in the Central Highlands, and nearly 6,000 cultural artefacts of collector Dang Minh Tam (Da Lat City).
