Congratulations offered to Belgium on National Day

President Vo Van Thuong, Prime Minister Pham Minh Chinh and National Assembly Chairman Vuong Dinh Hue on July 21 cabled congratulatory messages to King Philippe, Prime Minister Alexander De Croo, Speaker of the House of Representatives Eliane Tillieux and President of the Senate Stephanie D'Hose on the occasion of the 192nd National Day of the Kingdom of Belgium (July 21, 1831-2023).
