The training period is five to six academic years, including one year of language study.
The Cuban Government will cover tuition fees, health insurance and accommodations according to Cuban regulations while the Vietnamese Government will provide round-trip airfare, travel expenses, passport and visa fees and living allowances.
The language used during the study process is Spanish. Candidates who do not know Spanish will study for one year in Cuba before studying their majors.
The deadline for submitting registration documents is August 20.
