At the ceremony, Meritorious Teacher Tran Thi Bich Lien, the Principal of Trang An High-Quality Primary School, recounted the achievements that the school has gained over the past 30 years.
Trang An Semi-Public Primary School was founded in 1994 as the first semi-public primary school in Hanoi. At its inception, the school had only 15 classes, 40 staff members, and over 600 students.
It was renamed Trang An Primary School in August 2009 and has been known as Trang An High-Quality Primary School since 2021.

Over the past years, Trang An High-Quality Primary School has been recognised by local authorities and parents for its great achievements in teaching and learning. The school boasts many students who have won awards at various levels including 328 with international prizes, 112 receiving national awards, 246 bagging city-level prizes, and 765 securing district-level awards.
Students from Trang An High-Quality Primary School have also achieved high rankings in arts performances, sports competitions, drawing contests, and storytelling competitions at all levels.

Meritorious Teacher Tran Thi Bich Lien noted that the school has paid great attention to training teachers, promoting innovation in teaching methods, and enhancing the application of information technology in management and teaching.
The standardisation of the school’s teaching staff has been completed, with 100% of teachers meeting qualification standards and nearly 50% of administrators and teachers holding master’s degrees. The school currently has one nationally recognised outstanding teacher, 15 city-level excellent teachers, and 98 district-level exemplary teachers.

For her contributions to education, Principal of Trang An High-Quality Primary School Tran Thi Bich Lien was awarded the Meritorious Teacher title. In addition, the school has two individuals receiving the Third-Class Labour Orders, 12 individuals honoured with the Certificates of Merit from the Minister of Education and Training, and 58 staff members awarded Commemorative Medals for their contributions to education.
Trang An High-Quality Primary School has been honoured with various accolades, including the Third-Class and Second-Class Labour Orders, a Certificate of Merit from the Prime Minister, and an Excellent Emulation Flag from the Hanoi People's Committee.
