GBA Oktoberfest Viet Nam 2026 is co-organised by the German Business Association in Viet Nam (GBA), the German Chamber of Industry and Commerce in Viet Nam, Furama Resort Da Nang, and JW Marriott Hotel Ha Noi, under the auspices of the Embassy of the Federal Republic of Germany in Ha Noi and the Consulate General of the Federal Republic of Germany in Ho Chi Minh City.

This year, GBA Oktoberfest Viet Nam continues to elevate the festival experience on a larger scale, bringing Bavarian culture, cuisine, and spirit to three major cities across the country: Ho Chi Minh City, Ha Noi, and Da Nang.

Southeast Asia’s largest beer festival will once again bring the authentic Bavarian spirit to Da Nang in 2026. More than just a German beer festival, the annual event also offers a vibrant cultural experience featuring traditional cuisine, live music, and the lively atmosphere of a Bavarian festival.

In Da Nang, the festival will take place on October 2, at Furama Resort Da Nang, one of the leading resort destinations in the central region.

According to the organising committee, the 2025 festival attracted more than 11,000 visitors and served more than 25,000 litres of beer.

This year, visitors will once again immerse themselves in the lively atmosphere of a Bavarian festival, with energetic performances by German-Austrian band O’zapft, traditional German dishes prepared by a team of experienced chefs, premium beers imported from Germany, and a wide range of non-alcoholic beverages.

Food and drinks will be served without limits throughout the evening, accompanied by lucky draws featuring attractive and exclusive prizes for attendees. At its core, GBA Oktoberfest Viet Nam is a festival of culture, friendship, and community. The Da Nang edition offers an opportunity for the German business community, local residents, and international visitors to meet, share experiences, and discover Bavarian traditions in an open and friendly setting.

Alexander Ziehe, GBA Viet Nam Chairman, said GBA Oktoberfest had long gone beyond the scope of a conventional festival. “We are delighted to continue bringing the authentic Oktoberfest experience to Da Nang, the dynamic centre of central Viet Nam. Maintaining a presence in the central region demonstrates GBA’s commitment to connecting with and accompanying members and partners across the country, thereby creating more opportunities for cultural exchange, strengthening cooperative relations, and building lasting connections.”

Noting that GBA Oktoberfest Viet Nam has become one of the most anticipated events in the central region, he said he was delighted to once again welcome attendees to Furama Resort Da Nang, and expressed his hope that year’s festival would offer a truly distinctive and unforgettable experience for visitors and the community.
