In September 2023, Hoa Sen Foundation, a non-profit endowment fund founded by a group working in the fields of education and culture, implemented the Nguyen An Ninh Digital Library Project – Southern Region.
With the support of Ho Chi Minh City leaders and the Department of Information and Communications, the project officially became one of the digitalisation projects of Ho Chi Minh City on October 10, 2023.
Nguyen An Ninh Digital Library – Southern Region is an open space serving as a digital data centre fearuring documents and materials related to the Southern region.

In addition, this is also an ideal place for readers to share, exchange, and learn through various forms in order to inspire and arouse the spirit of education, as well as dedication to learning and research.
The experience space located at Ho Chi Minh City Book Street will be a unique cultural highlight of the Southern region to introduce to international friends in the near future.
