The grand finale of Miss Earth Vietnam 2023 was held in Ho Chi Minh City, on October 14.
Lan Anh is 1.71 metres tall and measures 85-60-95 centimetres. She will represent Vietnamese beauty at the Miss Earth 2023 contest, taking place next December in Vietnam.
Miss Earth Vietnam 2023 Do Thi Lan Anh received a crown inlaid with gemstones worth 1 billion VND and a cash prize of 100 million VND.

The titles of Miss Air Vietnam 2023 (1st runner-up) belong to contestant Nguyen Thi Thu Trang; Miss Water Vietnam 2023 (2nd runner-up) belongs to Hoang Thi Yen Nhi and Miss Fire Vietnam 2023 (3rd runner-up) belongs to Hoang Thi Kim Chi. The runners-up all received a cash prize of 50 million VND and a crown.
