With the message “Self-reliance is a choice for happiness”, the EM-Ventures project defines the goal of becoming a community that supports women in taking control of their lives.

The project is jointly conducted by PDA & Partners and the Centre for Women and Development in the North Central region.

Joining the EM-Ventures community, women are given the opportunity to be self-reliant in knowledge, doing business, improving their finances, and generating income. In addition, they can also learn from and share experiences, especially the examples of successful female leaders, and build a network to connect with other women in the community.

Director of the Centre for Women and Development in the North Central region Dang Cam Tu said that: “Our goal is to take care of the lives, legitimate rights, and interests of women across the country. In addition, we also have service activities to support and accompany our members to have a better life and increase income.”

The EM-Ventures application is available on the App Store and Google Play, revolving six main pillars, including: (1) EM-Training, (2) EM-Brands, (3) EM-Retail, (4) EM-Innovation, (5) EM-Voice, and (6) EM-Payday.

The project has been piloted since August 2022 in 13 provinces and cities across the country and initially achieved many positive results.

The project will be expanded to 20 provinces and cities throughout Vietnam in 2023.
