Notably, for the first time, EUFF Viet Nam will collaborate with the LUX Audience Award (an initiative by the European Parliament and the European Film Academy) as well as the 2026 European Film Awards Season. The partnership aims to highlight the richness of contemporary European cinema and the broader creative industries, while also recognising the growing trend of cross-border co-productions within Europe and beyond.
The films will be screened at the National Cinema Centre at 87 Lang Ha Street and the headquarters of the Embassy of the Czech Republic at 13 Chu Van An Street (only for the screening of “Drift Away”) in Ha Noi. Meanwhile, audiences in Ho Chi Minh will have a chance to enjoy the films at the Cinestar Cinema at 135 Hai Ba Trung Street and Galaxy Cinema at 116 Nguyen Du Street.
