The highlight of the forum is its emphasis on practicality, connecting young intellectuals with enterprises and Viet Nam’s innovation ecosystem. Within the framework of the forum, delegates will take part in a series of hands-on activities, explore the technology-education ecosystem, engage in in-depth dialogues on green finance solutions, and join discussions on data security.
Delegates will focus discussions on four key thematic groups, with science and technology playing a central role, aimed at concretising Resolution 57-NQ/TW of the Politburo on the development of science, technology, innovation, and national digital transformation.

Speaking at the forum’s opening, Nguyen Tuong Lam, Secretary of the Youth Union Central Committee and President of the Viet Nam Youth Federation, said that alongside organising the annual forum, the Youth Union and Federation also operate the Global Young Vietnamese Intellectuals Network; coordinate to organise seminars, specialised research groups, policy dialogues; and honour and support young intellectuals through specific awards and programmes.
