This year’s forum is co-organised by the Ho Chi Minh Communist Youth Union Central Committee, the Ministry of Science and Technology, the Global Young Vietnamese Intellectuals Network, VinUni University, and Saigon Thuong Tin Commercial Joint Stock Bank (Sacombank). The forum features many innovations in content, format, and approach.

With the participation of hundreds of talented young Vietnamese scientists from leading global institutions and organisations such as MIT, Cambridge, Google, Microsoft, along with many top domestic experts, the forum is expected to generate breakthroughs in the application of science and technology, innovation, contributing to elevating Viet Nam’s standing on the global knowledge map.

The highlight of the forum is its emphasis on practicality, connecting young intellectuals with enterprises and Viet Nam’s innovation ecosystem. Within the framework of the forum, delegates will take part in a series of hands-on activities, explore the technology-education ecosystem, engage in in-depth dialogues on green finance solutions, and join discussions on data security.

Delegates will focus discussions on four key thematic groups, with science and technology playing a central role, aimed at concretising Resolution 57-NQ/TW of the Politburo on the development of science, technology, innovation, and national digital transformation.

Since 2018, the Global Young Vietnamese Intellectuals Forum has been held a total of six times, gathering thousands of outstanding delegates from over 30 countries and territories; becoming a prestigious academic space, an effective policy advisory channel, and a sustainable connection platform linking young intellectuals with the Party, the State, and society. Many recommendations and initiatives from the forum have been received, transferred to relevant authorities, and are gradually being realised.
