The AI assistant can be accessed via the web platform at https://tracuuphuongxa.trolyao.org/, enabling all citizens to easily search for information on new administrative units using a personal computer, tablet or smartphone. Here, information on the newly reorganized administrative units in 34 provinces and cities, and 3,321 wards and communes can be searched quickly and accurately.

Users can ask questions about the administrative unit information they wish to learn about in a conversational format, and the virtual assistant will provide the relevant details along with corresponding official sources. The AI assistant also offers a comprehensive handbook on the newly reorganized provincial and communal administrative units, including resolutions issued by the Standing Committee of the National Assembly regarding the restructuring of administrative units.

The newly released virtual assistant is built on a large Vietnamese language model developed by Viettel, designed and trained using official documents, which ensures high accuracy when retrieving updated information about administrative restructuring. Previously, Viettel successfully developed AI models such as the Legal Virtual Assistant and the Civil Servant Virtual Assistant, thereby gaining an understanding of Vietnamese users' questioning habits and providing highly practical responses.

This AI product by Viettel was deployed immediately after the nationwide restructuring of administrative units, reflecting the Group's commitment to contributing to the country’s digital transformation, and towards building a transparent and efficient public administration system.
