A special art programme themed “Under the Glorious Flag of the Party” was held to celebrate the success of the 14th National Congress of the Communist Party of Viet Nam and to commemorate the 96th anniversary of the Party’s founding (February 3, 1930 – 2026). The special art programme “Under the Glorious Flag of the Party” inspires national pride and strengthens the great national unity bloc.

The programme is tightly structured into three parts: Opening, Ceremony and Art.

With the theme “Under the Glorious Flag of the Party”, the programme affirms a historical truth: all miracles of the Vietnamese revolution originate from the correct vision and wise leadership of the Communist Party of Viet Nam. It also inspires national pride, consolidates the great national unity bloc, and creates strong spiritual momentum, boosting social morale as the country enters a new development era.

The programme is a cultural-political activity of special significance, held immediately after the closing of the 14th National Party Congress. It aims to affirm the Congress’s resounding success; widely publicise its significance, stature and major orientations; and foster a joyful, confident atmosphere throughout the Party, the people and the armed forces, contributing to the early implementation of the 14th National Party Congress’s Resolution.

The performances are elaborately invested, delivering a spectacular visual experience through meticulous staging, sound, lighting and scenery.

The programme is divided into three chapters, with the overarching theme of New Vision – New Miracles – New Era.

Chapter 1, “Epic under the Party’s Flag”, conveys the vision of the path to national liberation and the miracle of Independence and Reunification. It is constructed as a historical, ideological and emotional journey, recreating the Vietnamese nation’s path towards Independence, Freedom, Happiness and National Reunification under the Party’s leadership.

Chapter 2, “With the Party, Full of Trust and Love”, carries the message of the vision of renewal and the miracle of development, reflecting the Party’s strategic vision that has enabled the country to achieve today’s remarkable development achievements.

In particular, in recent times, revolutionary strategic decisions initiated by the Party have continued to create new turning points and historic opportunities for national construction, development and defence in the era of the nation’s rise.

Chapter 3, “Under the Glorious Flag of the Party”, with the message of the vision for the era of the nation’s rise set out at the 14th National Party Congress, features performances affirming confidence in the nation’s bright future and the spirit of unity under the Party’s glorious flag to successfully implement the Resolution of the 14th National Congress.

“Under the Glorious Flag of the Party” brings together many of Viet Nam’s leading artists, along with professional performers and mass participants, applying modern performance technologies to create majestic, solemn and emotionally powerful performances.
