On the morning of October 18, Party General Secretary To Lam, Secretary of the Central Military Commission, attended a ceremony to mark the 80th Traditional Day of Viet Nam Defence Intelligence (October 25, 1945 - 2025) and receive the Ho Chi Minh Order.
