Bhutanese King Jigme Khesar Namgyel Wangchuck and his accompanying delegation attend the talks. After the talks, President Luong Cuong and King Jigme Khesar Namgyel Wangchuck of Bhutan witnessed the signing ceremony and exchange of cooperation documents between the two countries in a number of fields.
After four days of urgent and serious working sessions conducted with a high sense of responsibility, the 12th Party Congress of Viet Nam People's Army (VPA) for the 2025–2030 tenure successfully completed its entire agenda.
