In Pictures: Prime Minister chairs National Emulation-Commendation Council’s meeting

Prime Minister Pham Minh Chinh, Chairman of the National Emulation-Commendation Council for the 2021-2026 tenure, chaired the council’s sixth meeting in Hanoi on August 10.  During the meeting, the council’s members reviewed the performance of tasks in the first months of the year, devised key tasks for the last months, and gave opinions on the proposal for conferring a number of commendation titles.
