The Vietnam National Authority of Tourism (VNAT) has issued Official Letter No. 447/CDLQGVN-QLXT to the Hanoi Department of Culture and Sports and the Hanoi Department of Tourism, requesting efforts to integrate tourism promotion with the summit’s branding.
The event is expected to welcome 800-1,000 delegates, with side activities running from April 14 to 17. VNAT has proposed decorating public spaces with promotional materials to highlight Vietnam’s tourism alongside the P4G Summit’s official identity, including banners, billboards, posters, and digital screens.
The Vietnam National Authority of Tourism (VNAT) has urged the Department of Culture and Sports of Hanoi City to coordinate with Hanoi Department of Tourism to set up tourism and cultural exhibition spaces inside and around the summit venue, at airports, major streets and public areas in Hanoi. Promotional video clips will be provided by VNAT for display on screens before April 10.
Additionally, VNAT has requested accommodations hosting delegates to upgrade facilities, enhance service quality, and ensure hygiene, security, and food safety. Hotels should incorporate destination branding, play tourism videos, and coordinate with travel agencies to offer tailored tour packages for attendees.
The Hanoi Department of Tourism will also guide travel companies in selecting premium tourism products to introduce to international delegates and media representatives.
Tourist attractions in the city are expected to enhance landscapes, improve facilities, and provide clear signage, while on-site guides will be arranged to assist visitors.
As part of service quality control, Hanoi authorities will conduct inspections of tourism-related businesses, ensuring high standards and an exceptional experience for summit attendees.
