Speaking at the opening ceremony on February 10, UPA Konstantin Cherniavsky said that the works on display were among the entries sent to a contest launched

in October 2021 by the embassy and the association. The contest received enthusiastic participation from Ukrainian painters.

The exhibition aims to provide an opportunity for the public to admire the beauty of Vietnam and Ukraine, he stated, affirming that cultural diplomacy is an effective way connecting countries and making the world become better.
