The statement was made by the Secretary of the Party Central Committee (PCC) and Head of the PCC’s Commission for Communications and Education, Nguyen Trong Nghia, at a national conference held to review the commission’s operation in 2023 and launch its new tasks for next year.
Speaking at the conference, Party official Nguyen Trong Nghia praised the efforts of the whole communications and education sector in 2023.
