Lam extended his sincere greetings and best wishes to the attendees, congratulating them on the force’s achievements and successes over the past 79 years.

He hailed the force for its crucial role in firmly protecting national independence, sovereignty and territorial integrity, maintaining an environment of peace and stability for national development, and elevating Vietnam's stature and reputation on the global stage.

Building on its rich tradition, the force has basically achieved the goals set by the 13th National Party Congress and the 7th Congress of the Central Public Security Party Organisation, he said, adding that the Central Public Security Party Organisation has consistently been a model Party organisation, excelling in political tasks and following the Party guidelines and State policies. These accomplishments are a testament to the dedication of multiple generations of public security officers and soldiers.

Minister of Public Security and Secretary of the Central Public Security Party Committee Sen. Lieut. Gen. Luong Tam Quang promised that the force will carry forward its glorious heroic traditions, inherit and continue the achievements forged by generations of leaders of the Ministry of Public Security, notably the Party General Secretary and State President, former ministry leaders, generals, officers, and heroes of the People's Armed Forces.

He expressed the force's determination to fulfilling assigned tasks, deserving the trust of the Party, State, and the public.

Quang also voiced his hope for continued support and close guidance from the Party and State, encouraging retired public security officers to remain engaged in maintaining security and order, contributing to the force's development in the years to come.
