Photo exhibition highlights Hanoi after 15 years of expanding its administrative boundaries

More than 80 photos capturing authentic perspectives of Hanoi's memorable milestones, after 15 years of expanding its administrative boundaries, are on display at Van Mieu-Quoc Tu Giam or Temple of Literature - the first university in Vietnam.

The exhibition is organised jointly by Kinh Te va Do Thi (Economics and Urban) Newspaper and the Hanoi Elderly Photography Club, on the occasion of the 69th anniversary of Hanoi's Liberation Day (October 10, 1954-2023).

The exhibition introduces to the public images of the Capital city's outstanding socio-economic development; the process of its urbanisation; key transportation projects; the new appearance in the suburbs of Hanoi; and the unique beauty of Thang Long - Hanoi culture.

The event is scheduled to run until October 11, then will be displayed at Cat Linh station from October 12-30, 2023.
