A delegation comprising incumbent and former leaders of the Party and the State, together with representatives of central ministries and agencies and Ha Noi city, paid tribute to President Ho Chi Minh on the morning of February 3, on the occasion of the 96th anniversary of the founding of the Communist Party of Viet Nam (February 3, 1930 –2026).

General Secretary To Lam, State President Luong Cuong, Prime Minister Pham Minh Chinh, National Assembly Chairman Tran Thanh Man, Standing Member of the Secretariat Tran Cam Tu, along with other incumbent and former leaders of the Party and the State, solemnly commemorate the great contributions of President Ho Chi Minh.

Party and State leaders visit the Mausoleum to pay tribute to President Ho Chi Minh. The wreath bore the inscription: “Forever grateful to the great President Ho Chi Minh.”
