My Dinh Stadium makes "urgent" preparations for 31st SEA Games opening ceremony

There are less than 10 days left until the opening ceremony of the 31st Southeast Asian Games (SEA Games 31) at My Dinh Stadium on May 12. Currently, relevant departments and units are still rushing to complete the installation of the stage, sound and lighting systems, as well as other facilities for the opening ceremony.

My Dinh Stadium has a capacity of more than 40,000 seats. The entirety of stand B will be used as a performance stage. Stand A will be for officials from other countries, delegates and guests. Stands C and D will be used as seats for sports delegations to attend. In addition to the 31 members marching in the yard, each delegation is allowed to send 100 members to the audience.
