Informing voters about the results of the 9th Session, the representative of the National Assembly Delegation of Lam Dong Province said that at the session, the National Assembly passed 34 laws, 13 resolutions regulating laws, and gave opinions on 6 other draft laws. It also considered and approved aresolution amending and supplementing a number of articles of the Constitution of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam.
At the same time, the NA passed a resolution on the arrangement of provincial-level administrative units; issued 34 resolutions on the arrangement of commune-level administrative units of 34 provinces and cities; and passed 14 laws, 2 legal resolutions to implement the organisation of a 2-tier local administration model.

At the meeting, the majority of voters of Lac Duong Commune expressed their agreement with the policy of the Party and State, saying that this was a meeting of special importance and the decisions passed have contributed to perfecting the institution and promoting development. Voters hope that new laws will be issued and implemented soon.
In addition, many voters proposed issues such as administrative reform, operations of the commune-level apparatus, transportation, planning, land, industry and trade, agriculture, forestry, education, etc. Many opinions suggested that the State continue to improve the operations of the commune-level government apparatus and the personnel work of the two-tier administration apparatus.
Regarding the health sector, opinions suggested that the State pay attention to investing in medical examination and treatment facilities, medical supplies, the quality of medical staff, and doctors; and strengthen the inspection and testing of medical examination and treatment drugs in the context of merging administrative units.
Voters hope theeffortsof functional sectors tostrengthen thefight against counterfeit goods such as fake drugs, fake food, and fake fertilisers will be implemented resolutely, persistently, and uncompromisingly. In addition, it’s been recommended to invest inthe upgrade and installation of a lighting system on National Highway 27C.
