At the working session, after listening to Lieutenant General Ha Tho Binh, Commander of the Military Region 4, briefing on the results of implementing military and defence tasks in the first nine months of 2023, Politburo member Truong Thi Mai acknowledged and appreciated the sense of responsibility, solidarity, and determination to overcome all difficulties of officers and soldiers of Military Region 4, in the past time.
She asked officers and soldiers of the Military Region 4 to continue to deeply grasp and seriously implement resolutions, conclusions, and directives of the Party and State, the Central Military Commission and the Ministry of Defence, focusing on the Resolution of the 13th National Party Congress, the Resolution of the 11th Party Congress of the Army and Military Region, 2020-2025 tenure; and Resolution of the 11th Party Central Committee, 8th session on the Fatherland protection strategy, in the new situation.
On the same day, Politburo member Truong Thi Mai offered incense at the memorial site of late General Secretary Le Hong Phong in Hung Nguyen District, and the Truong Bon relic site in Do Luong District.
