According to a report presented at the meeting, in 2022, under the leadership and direction of the Central Military Commission, the Ministry of Defence and the timely orientation of the Party Central Committee’s Communication and Education, the Ministry of Information and Communications and press agencies,have closely coordinated with management agencies andpress agencies throughout the country, to successfully perform the communication work on military and defence tasks.
Press agencies also provided the public with timely and correct information, contributing to disseminating, educating, and encouraging cadres and soldiers, to strive to complete many assigned tasks.
Speaking at the meeting, on behalf of the Central Military Commission and the Ministry of Defence, General Phan Van Giang, Politburo member and Minister of Defence,expressed his thanks to journalists across the country, for reflecting in a very timely manner all activities of military agencies and units.
Appreciating the contributions of press agencies, the Secretary of the PCC and Head of the PCC’s Commission for Communication and Education Nguyen Trong Nghia,expressed his hope that in the coming time, contentrelated to communication on the performance of military and defence tasks, and the protection of the Fatherland, will be prioritised to strengthen and bring information into depth, at a higher and more convincing level.
