The event was held jointly by the Standing Office of Nhan Dan Newspaper in the Central and Central Highlands, the Women's Union of Da Nang City, the Da Nang Municipal Youth Union and Sky-Line International Education System.
The event included a panorama painting exhibition on the Dien Bien Phu Campaign published by Nhan Dan Newspaper; a screening of the documentary film Episode "1954" in the 99-episode series titled “Vietnam in the Ho Chi Minh Era - A Television History” produced by Nhan Dan TV Channel; a seminar with historical witnesses and veterans.
On this occasion, Nhan Dan Newspaper presented gifts worth 1 million each and a panorama painting on the Dien Bien Phu Campaign to 24 soldiers and young volunteers who participated in the Dien Bien Phu campaign and relatives of five martyrs who sacrificed at the Dien Bien Phu Battlefield.
