The event was arranged in three parts, each themed ‘Conquering’, ‘Passion’ and ‘Connecting Hearts’. Each part honours exemplary individuals and collectives having excellent performance in training and combat, scientific research, and international affairs.
The event also featured documentaries and art performances praising the image of President Ho Chi Minh’s soldiers and the Vietnamese army.
The programme conveyed a message that the virtues of Uncle Ho had been nurtured through patriotism, the education of the Communist Party of Vietnam and President Ho Chi Minh, the support of the people, and the exerted effort of every officer and soldier of the army.
