The four-day event expects to bring together some 300 gymnasts representing 59 countries around the world including strong contestants from Russia, Ukraine, Bulgaria, Spain, Kazakhstan, Belarus and Armenia.
Linh has drawn to play in Group C and vie for medals in the four apparatuses including ribbon, ball, hoops and clubs.
Nhat Linh, an overseas Vietnamese, was born in 1996 and is living in Odessa, Ukraine. She is currently the most brilliant Vietnamese rhythmic gymnast.
In preparation for this world competition, Linh registered to compete in the 2013 FIG Rhythmic Gymnastics World Cup in Minsk, Belarus last May and has been undergoing a training course from July 10 to August 10 in Russia.
